Fried rice place

Some guy I work with took me to this place you see in the picture where the cars are parked. Not sure of the name everyone just calls it the fried rice place because it has really good fried rice, they have Soba also but it is not that good. We as a family have gone there a handful of times because it is close to our house, and cheep. They have some regular tables there and some tables that you have to sit on the floor. I prefer a regular table but the kids like sitting on the floor.
